Exquisitely crafted with the finest ingredients, we have taken inspiration from old classics and added our own Slingsby twist on our cocktails. Try our take on a traditional Tom Collins or for those who enjoy the simple life, go for our straight up G&T and garnish with pink grapefruit twist and blueberries.

Serve in a coupette and garnish with a lemon twist and edible flowers, this simple gin sour variant has a sumptuous blue hue. Dry shake thoroughly and then wet shake before straining 40ml Slingsby Gin, 20ml sugar syrup, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 25ml egg white, 5ml creme de violette and 1 dash aromatic bitters.

Serve in a small cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist, this is a classic style Martini, using a little-known technique called 'throwing' that began dying out in the early 20th century. This technique allows for aeration and chilling of the drink without over dilution from shaking. Simply throw 40ml Slingsby Gin and 40ml Cocchi Torino Vermouth.

Serve in a short glass with no ice and a bitters flourish, this uses higher quality ingredients to complement the gin and harks back to the classic sling serve. Wet and dry shake 40ml Slingsby Gin, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml cherry brandy, 15ml triple sec, 5ml yellow chartreuse, 2 dashes aromatic bitters, 80ml pineapple juice and 10ml grenadine.

Serve in a Slingsby speakeasy gin cocktail glass with plenty of ice. Mix 35ml or 50ml Slinsgby Gin with 200ml premium tonic water. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist, blueberries and an edible flower.

Serve over ice in a highball and garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and tarragon sprigs, this is a summery twist on a traditional Tom Collins. Simply shake and strain 40ml Slingsby Gin, 60ml pink grapefruit juice, 10ml elderflower syrup and 20ml sugar syrup. Top up with 30ml soda water.
