Last night we were in Soho in London for round two of the Gin-off cocktail competition. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it through to the semi-finals but our gin cream cocktail tasted and looked great! Betty’s Cookery School made us a Slingsby G&T lemon cake to go on the side of our cocktail which was delicious. There was a huge amount of effort put into the planning for this competition, so a massive thanks to all involved. Congratulations to Martin Miller and Pink Pepper who got through to the next round!
