Our mixologists have put together the following Pancake Day themed recipes for you to recreate at home..yum!
Blueberry Blanket
- 4 Blackberries
- 4 Blueberries
- 25ml Slingsby London dry gin
- 20ml Lime juice
- 12.5ml Maple syrup
Blend ingredients with one scoop of ice. Pile high into a coupe glass. Garnish with a drizzle of maple syrup (or caramelised sugar nest) and a handful of blueberries.
Slingsby Shrove
- 25ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 25gms Instant Pancake Mix
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 60ml Milk
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish the rim with sugar and squeeze a lemon into the drink.
